SHIPPING:

All ready-to-ship artworks have a processing timeframe of 3 - 5 working days. Clothing processing times may vary depending on the item.

If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please contact me before making your purchase, as I may be able to fast-track the processing time if necessary.

I will contact you when I ship your item and provide you with your shipping details and tracking number.

The buyer is responsible for any Customs import taxes that may be imposed.

 

 

POLICIES:

Refunds & Returns:

In the unlikely event that the item you receive has a fault as a
result of craftmanship, please contact me so that I can arrange one of
the following: repair of the item, refund or exchange. The item needs to
be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase, before the refund
will be released. 

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately so I can look into this. Eligibility for a refund on items damaged in transit will depend upon the shipping option chosen. 

I am unable to provide refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind so
please choose carefully. Feel free to contact me if you would like
additional photos of the item you are interested in, I may also be able to provide a video of any items if it will assist your choice.
